Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused or unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
